Amends GS 130A-295.6(d) (concerning requirements for sanitary landfills) to provide as title indicates. Addresses the issuance of permits by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the construction of a disposal unit of a sanitary landfill that is located within 500 feet of the outermost boundary of a State gameland owned, leased, or managed by the Wildlife Resources Commision when three specified conditions related to the use and location of the unit are met.
