Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to 2nd edition. Replaces the second edition with AN ACT TO SET A MAXIMUM LENGTH FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT VEHICLES.
Amends GS 20-116(d) as the title indicates. Restricts the length of the vehicles to no more than 45 feet overall, exclusive of bumpers and mirrors.
