Bill summary
House committee substitute makes the following changes to 3rd edition.
Deletes all provisions of the previous edition and replaces them with AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PRE-LICENSING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION OF BAIL BONDSMEN AND RUNNERS.
Amends GS 58-71-71 to state that the NC Bail Agents Association will provide the education requirements under the statute. Effective October 1, 2012.
