As the title indicates. Directs the state of North Carolina to convey all of its right, title, and interest in the former Cleveland County Correctional Facility to the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Community College for consideration of one dollar. Describes the property to be conveyed. Provides that the property is to be conveyed without warranty. Effective July 1, 2014.
