Bill summary
Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to 1st edition. Deletes all the provisions of the 1st edition and replaces it with AN ACT TO PROVIDE FLEXIBILITY FOR CERTAIN WATER RESOURCES PROJECTS.
Provides that if House Bill 950, Modify 2011 Appropriations Act, becomes law, the funds allocated in Section 26.2(a) of HB 950 for the Carolina Beach Renourishment Project may also be allocated for use for the Kure Beach Renourishment Project with the amounts allocated between the two projects to be determined by the New Hanover Board of County Commissioners. Effective July 1, 2012.
