AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE EDUCATION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE ISSUE OF WHETHER STUDENT-ATHLETES SHOULD BE PAID STIPENDS OR OTHERWISE BE ALLOWED TO SHARE IN SPORTS REVENUES COLLECTED BY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
