TO PROVIDE THAT A LIST OF THE E-MAIL ADDRESSES OF PERSONS SUBSCRIBING TO E-MAIL LISTS KEPT BY THE TOWN OF CORNELIUS ARE OPEN TO PUBLIC INSPECTION BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT MAY USE THAT LIST ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE THAT IT WAS SUBSCRIBED TO.Intro. by T.
