Senate amendment to the 2nd edition makes the following changes.
Amends Section 1 of SL 1963-305, as amended, to direct that deeds submitted to the Avery County Register of Deeds (Register) for recordation: (1) for property located in whole or in part in Beech Mountain, be accompanied by a certificate from the town's tax collector to the effect that all delinquent municipal taxes have been paid with respect to the property and (2) for property located in whole or in part in Seven Devils, be accompanied by a certificate from the town's tax collector to the effect that all delinquent municipal taxes have been paid with respect to the property. Makes conforming changes to the act's titles.
