Senate committee substitute amends the 1st edition as follows.
Revises the proposed boundaries of the senatorial districts set forth in GS 120-1 for the purpose of nominating and electing members of the Senate in 2022 and every two years thereafter. Modifies the portions of Durham County listed in Districts 20 and 22. Revises the portions of Guilford County listed in Districts 27 and 28. Changes the act's short title.
