Authorizes the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (Department) to use up to $600,000 for the construction of the new Garden Cottage capital project at Tryon Palace. Directs the Department to use Department receipts or other non-General Fund and non-State Capital Infrastructure Fund sources available to the Department.
