Amends GS 120-2, which apportions districts for nominating and electing members to the NC House of Representatives. Makes modifications to the following Wake County districts, as specified: Districts 11, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 41, 49. Maintains the current makeup of Districts 38 and 39, which also represent Wake County. Applies to elections held on or after the date the act becomes law.
