Amends GS 115C­84.2(d) to authorize local boards of education to align the calendar of schools in the local school administrative unit with the calendar of a community college serving the city or county in which the unit is located. Applies only to Cleveland County Schools, Iredell-Statesville Schools, Rutherford County Schools, and Union County Public Schools. Applies beginning with the 2019-20 school year.
