Amends GS 143B-437.56 regarding the Job Development Incentive Grant Program, increasing the maximum allowable grant associated with any specific eligible position for projects other than transformational projects, from $6,500 to $16,000 per year. Makes conforming changes to GS 143B-437.57(a)(23) concerning the inclusion of a provision stating the limitation of GS 143B-437.56(f) in community economic development agreements.
