Amends GS 136-82 to delete provision exempting the Ocracoke/Hatteras Ferry and the Knotts Ferry from tolling, and instead exempts the Bayview/Aurora Ferry and the Cherry Branch/Minnesott Beach Ferry from tolling requirements. Effective July 1, 2013.
