Authorizes the Director of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services in the Department of Health and Human Services to conclude the affairs of the Albemarle Mental Health Center, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services, and convey the Center’s real property interests in the three counties to East Carolina Behavioral Health.
