AN ACT REQUIRING THAT IF A SERVICE COMPANY CHARGES ITS CUSTOMERS FOR MISSING SCHEDULED SERVICE APPOINTMENTS, THE SERVICE COMPANY SHALL PAY TO CUSTOMERS THE SAME AMOUNT IF IT FAILS TO DELIVER SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER AT A SCHEDULED SERVICE APPOINTMENT TIME.
