Original long title was A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT EXEMPTING ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATIONS FROM INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLANNING AND SERVICE REGULATIONS REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED BY THE UTILITIES COMMISSION AND RETURNING OVERSIGHT OF THE CORPORATIONS TO THEIR MEMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
