Authorizes the City of Clinton and Sampson County to lease or rent property at the Clinton-Sampson County Airport for up to a 30-year term, inclusive of any automatic or optional renewal or extension periods, without being subject to required procedures for the sale of real property owned by a city under Article 12 of GS Chapter 160A.
