AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE APPROVING AGENCY FOR VETERANS AND MILITARY EDUCATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AND VETERANS AFFAIRS TO COMPLY WITH RECENT FEDERAL LEGISLATION PROHIBITING THE AGENCY FROM BEING COLLOCATED WITH A UNIVERSITY SYSTEM WHOSE COURSES OR PROGRAMS OF EDUCATION WOULD BE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE AGENCY.
