Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to the 1st edition. 

Amends SL 2011-104 to add that following the 2014 report the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) must coordinate with the Program Evaluation Division (PED) regarding the collection of additional information on overnight respite care. Requires PED to specify the information that needs to be collected and the timeframe for reporting the information. Requires PED to use the information collected to provide information on 12 specified items. Requires PED to provide an interim report on the criteria specified on or before December 1, 2015, and a final report on or before October 1, 2016, to the Joint Legislative Program Evaluation Oversight Committee and the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services.

Further extends the repeal of the program from June 30, 2016, to June 30, 2017.
