House amendment to the 3rd edition removes the proposed criminal and civil immunity for business owners and operators who post signage regarding mask requirements of executive orders and municipal or county ordinances, as well as immunity from violation of such executive orders and county ordinances. 

Makes conforming changes to the act's long title.
