Bill summary
Senate committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes.
Changes the plat book number provided for the second tract of property described in Section 2 of SL 2005-141 incorporated into the corporate limits of the Town of Bolton. Effective when the act becomes law.
Eliminates the previous provision which removes the two tracts of property added to the Town of Bolton’s corporate limits under Section 2 of SL 2005-141 from the town's corporate limits, and instead only removes the first described tract of property from the town's corporate limits. Makes conforming changes to the previous provisions regarding the applicability and effect of the changes.
