Appropriates $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services, for 2022-23 for a directed grant to Southeastern Carolina Crossroads Inc. as title indicates. Effective July 1, 2022.
