Appropriates $1.5 million in nonrecurring funds for 2021-22 from the General Fund to the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, to be used as a grant to Kingdom Community Development Corporation for the completion of construction on 28 subdivision units, six single-family homes, and eight townhomes in Balsawood Village for families affected by Hurricanes Matthew, Florence, and Michael. Effective July 1, 2021.
