House committee substitute makes the following changes to 2nd edition. Deletes all provisions of the previous edition and replaces with AN ACT TO DIRECT THE WILDLIFE RESOURCES COMMISSION TO STUDY FOX AND COYOTE POPULATIONS AND REPORT ITS RECOMMENDATIONS ON MANAGEMENT METHODS AND CONTROLS TO THE 2012 GENERAL ASSEMBLY. As title indicates. Specifies issues to be studied, and requires the Commission to complete the study and report to specified committees by April 1, 2012.
