AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO PRODUCE A UNITED STATES ARMY SPECIAL FORCES SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATE AND TO ELIMINATE THE SPECIAL LICENSE PLATE FEE FOR DISTINGUISHED FLYING CROSS AND AIR MEDAL RECIPIENT SPECIAL REGISTRATION PLATES.
