Deletes all the provisions of the 1st edition and replaces it with AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE NASH COUNTY TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO PROMOTE BROADBAND IN UNSERVED AREAS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE COUNTY. Authorizes a county to provide grants to unaffiliated providers of high-speed Internet broadband to expand service in unserved areas for economic development in the county; however, does not authorize a county to provide high-speed Internet broadband service.
