AN ACT TO REFORM NORTH CAROLINA'S APPROACH TO INTEGRATION OF RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY GENERATION THROUGH AMENDMENT OF LAWS RELATED TO ENERGY POLICY AND TO ENACT THE DISTRIBUTED RESOURCES ACCESS ACT.
House amendment #1 amends the 2nd edition by deleting Part XI, which directed the Joint Legislative Commission on Energy Policy to study property tax exclusions for solar energy electric systems and facilities utilizing swine or poultry waste resources.
