Bill summary
Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to 2nd edition. Deletes the provisions in the previous edition and replaces them with AN ACT TO APPOINT PERSONS TO VARIOUS PUBLIC OFFICES UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE OF THE SENATE AND TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS. Provides as new title indicates and makes technical corrections to specified session laws. Effective July 1, 2012, unless otherwise indicated.
