A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO DIRECT THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS TO ADOPT A POLICY TO AWARD PHYSICAL EDUCATION CREDIT TO A STUDENT WHO IS AN ACTIVE DUTY MEMBER OF THE ARMED FORCES OR WHO WAS HONORABLY DISCHARGED NO MORE THAN THREE YEARS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ENROLLMENT AND TO FURTHER DIRECT THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS TO REVIEW THE ACADEMIC CREDITS REQUIRED FOR GRADUATION AT THE CONSTITUENT INSTITUTIONS TO DETERMINE WHAT CREDITS MAY BE AWARDED FOR EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED BY A STUDENT DURING MILITARY SERVICE.
