Senate committee substitute to the 2nd edition makes the following changes. 

Further amends Section 1 of SL 2018-10, which establishes an open season for taking foxes with weapons and foxes and coyotes by trapping during the trapping season set by the Wildlife Resources Commission, with no tagging requirements before or after sale and no bag limit, to also make it applicable to Cumberland and Yancey counties. Makes conforming changes to the long title.
