Amends the Spring Lake Town Charter, SL 1977-742, as amended, by removing the proposed changes to Section 4., which would have allowed the board of aldermen to consolidate any two or more positions subject to the provisions of the State's laws and regulations. Makes conforming changes to the act's long title.
