Bill summary
Senate committee substitute makes the following changes to the 2nd edition. Deletes all content of the previous edition and replaces it with the following.
Establishes a moratorium until July 1, 2019, on new shellfish cultivation leases and new water column leases for aquaculture in all waters in the specified area in the New Hanover County area, including Myrtle Grove Sound, Masonboro Sound, and Greenville Sound.
Makes conforming changes to the act's titles.
