House amendment makes the following changes to 2nd edition. Amends proposed new GS 20-7(q1) to direct the Division of Motor Vehicles to develop a military designation for identification cards, in addition to driver’s licenses, that may be granted to NC residents who are honorably discharged from military service in the United States Armed Forces.
