A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MONROE TO REMOVE THE PROVISION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO HAVE DIRECT SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY OVER THE CITY ATTORNEY AND TO PROVIDE THAT VACANCIES ON THE CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ARE NOT FILLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH G.S. 153A-27.1.
