Amends SL 1997-132 to set the Hyde County fox trapping season as December 1 through the last day of February (was, from the day after the close of gun deer season until February 28). Makes a conforming repeal of Section 2 of SL 1989-229 (establishing the season for the taking, hunting, or killing of foxes). Effective October 1, 2012.
