As the title indicates. Authorizes $600,000 in available federal receipts to fund specified capital improvement projects of the National Guard. Additionally authorizes the NC National Guard to use up to $20,000 of federal receipts to expand its motor pool at Fort Bragg. Appropriates these funds for the 2012-13 fiscal year. Effective July 1, 2012.
