Prohibits the Department of Transportation (DOT) from completing the reductions through reorganization and reductions in force required under SL 2016-94, Section 35.22(a)(2) and (a)(3) until DOT reports by March 1, 2017, to the chairs of the House of Representatives Committee on Transportation Appropriations and the Senate Appropriations Committee on Department of Transportation, on the amount of cost savings that may be achieved from the reductions through reorganization and reductions in force.
