A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO (1) AUTHORIZE THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO CONVERT PAPER TITLES TO ELECTRONIC TITLES AND TO CHARGE A FEE FOR EACH CONVERSION; AND (2) TO EXCLUDE FEDERAL LANDS ACCESS PROGRAM FUNDS FROM THE STRATEGIC TRANSPORTATION INVESTMENTS ACT FORMULA, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE TRANSPORTATION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
