A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES HEARING ON A LICENSE REVOCATION AS A RESULT OF A DRIVING WHILE IMPAIRED IGNITION INTERLOCK VIOLATION BE HELD IN THE LICENSEE'S COUNTY OF RESIDENCE, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE TRANSPORTATION OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
