Enacts new GSĀ 144-10 prohibiting State institutions or political subdivision of the State from using public funds to purchase US or North Carolina flags unless the flag has been entirely manufactured in the US using articles, materials, or supplies that have been grown or entirely produced or manufactured in the United States. Applies to purchases made on or after October 1, 2025.
