    Makes it a Class 2 misdemeanorĀ in Rockingham County for a person to shine a light intentionally on a wild animal from the right of way of any public road, street, or highway between the hours of one-half hour after sunset and one half hour before sunrise. Does not apply to shining lights by motorists engaged in normal highway travel or to those who are not attempting to attract or immobilize wildlife with the lights. Provides for enforcement.

    Applies to Rockingham County only. Applies to offenses committed on or after October 1, 2013.
