AN ACT RESCINDING ALL EXTANT APPLICATIONS BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO CONGRESS HERETOFORE RATIFIED PRIOR TO DECEMBER 1, 2024, CALLING FOR A CONVENTION PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES FOR PROPOSING ONE OR MORE AMENDMENTS TO THAT CONSTITUTION.
