    Amends GS 163-127.2 (concerning how challenges to a candidate may be made) to give the State Board of Elections (Board) the authority to review three types of challenges to qualifications arising under the U.S. Constitution, including (1) the citizenship, residency, and age qualifications under Article II, Section 1(5); (2) persons prohibited from holding office by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment for engaging or aiding in insurrection or rebellion against the United States; or (3) the Twenty-Second Amendment (Presidential Term limits). Expands definition of candidate in GS 163-127.1 to include presidential nominees.  Amends definition of challenger to allow any qualified voter in the State to challenge a presidential candidate.
