Appropriates $125,000 in 2017-18 and $125,000 in 2018-19 from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services, to provide a grant to the North Carolina Association of People Supporting Employment First to develop training programs to assist individuals with serious mental illnessesĀ in obtaining employment. Effective July 1, 2017.
