Transfers $12 million from the Hurricane Florence Disaster Recovery Reserve to the Hurricane Florence Disaster Recovery Fund and appropriates the sum on a nonrecurring basis for the 2019-20 fiscal year to the Office of Recovery and Resiliency. Directs that the funds be allocated equally among 12 named counties to assist with drainage ditch cleanup. Reverts unexpended funds to the Hurricane Disaster Recovery Fund on June 30, 2020. Effective July 1, 2019.
