House committee substitute makes the following changes to 1st edition.
Adds a section, amending GS 106-831(a)(22), to specify that the Speaker of the House of Representatives will appoint a representative from the Conservation Trust of NC (rather than the Farm Transition Network) to serve on the Sustainable Local Food Advisory Council.
