Subject to approval by the voters at the statewide election on November 3, 2026, amends Section 2(4) and Section 3 of Article VI of the State constitution so that voters voting by any method are constitutionally required to present photo identification before voting (currently, constitutional requirement for photo ID is just for in-person voting). Sets out the ballot language.
