Appropriates $2.6 million in recurring funds for 2025-26 and $5.2 million in recurring funds for 2026-27 from the General Fund to the North Carolina Forest Service (NCFS) to provide an across-the-board salary increase of 7.5% to NCFS employees. Effective July 1, 2025.
