Directs the Department of Commerce (Department) to allocate Anson County's share of the funds appropriated for the 2013-15 bienniumfrom the General Fund to the Department for allocation to the Charlotte Regional Partnership (Partnership), a regional economic development commission, directly to Anson County instead of to the Partnership. Directs Anson County to maintain the allocated funds in a separate account from other county funds and to use the funds only for economic development projects. Effective July 1, 2013.
